Pretty sure that an E-Sensor is something that's supposed to track energy signatures and heat sources. And it's not just CB who used E-Sensors, back in early season 1 the AEU, HRL and Union bases...

Seravee is actually rather agile. It's just that it's main forte is artillery weapons which require charging, but it's relatively capable of fighting melee with a beam saber or two (or six).
