Anybody who advocates free-market by total deregulation is on crack. Preventing fraud or collusion is pretty much the entire point.

There is already plenty of regulation out there that can banhammer 'bad behavior'. See: BAC's recent derivative move. The problem is that regulation is passed, and then 'exemptions' are handed out....
