A very cheesy and somewhat Disney-esque ending for a very cheesy and often Disney-esque show. It's fitting, in that way. And taking this episode by itself, I found it a bit amusing in its odd mix of...

They should have gone all the way with it and made Hozuki her own great-great-great-etc...grandma. That would have been a good mind-bender at least. :heh:

As is, it's just enough to be a bit...

Perhaps she's afraid of corrupting the timeline by telling her ancestor things that could massively jump-start human technological advancement.

...Admittedly, that's probably giving this show too...

Anna's double-double cross was executed well. I surprisingly enjoyed it given how obvious it was that it was coming.

As for the time travel bit... Well, it is kinda cute how Hozuki is now teaming...

I still like Galilei Donna, but it does have some tonal issues. Oh, I don't think it's quite as bad for this as Coppelion or Kyoukai no Kanata are, but its problems are of a similar type, at least.

You're thinking in terms of democracy here, where the law applies equally to everyone, even the Head of State (that's how it is supposed to be, anyway). But in some forms of government, you have a...

Well, sure, because then they'll probably have a massive worldwide rebellion on their hands.

Hey, I think Adni Moon is an extremely evil organization. So is "Big Brother" (i.e. "The Party") in...

He has very cold and heartless ideals, but I do think he sincerely believes in them. And given the state of the world in which Roberto lives, as well as his personal backstory, I can understand why...

I know what you mean.

Roberto is brutal, cold, ruthless. But I don't get the sense that his motivations are evil, per se. His adoptive father, by contrast, is horribly power-hungry and corrupt. I...

Interestingly, Roberto took mercy on the girls. Either that, or he has some feelings for Anna, enough for her words to sway him.

While the latest episode of GD lacked in thrills and suspense,...

Also, Anna doesn't strike me as being Snidely Whiplash-esque even if she does pull some sort of double-cross later on. There's also the fact that her fangirling over the three Galileo girls seems...

Agreed. I think that what bothers Roberto the most is people acting with an overwhelming sense of entitlement. The pirates may have their faults, but they certainly don't act entitled.

I disagree very strongly, but different strokes for different folks I guess. Valvrave certainly has a lot of passionate fans, including me, so at the very least, it should be...

Episode 5 was fantastic. The scenes between Hozuki and Theo were so, so cute. It made it so much more effective, and also so very sad, when that episode ending happened.
