Yeah, I was wondering about that myself. Perhaps Hidan is just too loud, or Kakashi could have eventually learned to cut out the start-up and use it while he's running.

Tayuya, mostly because she died so quickly after Temari showed up. Also because she didn't really do anything different at the end when she used CL2 and I sort of wonder if she had any more to her.

The OP for the filler arcs was editted in 168, so instead of all the little flashbacks, it showcases the characters of the series a bit more. As you can see, there's still some of the flash. ;)
