Sounded like Ohara to me. She did that scene really well.
I think Yasu didn't have a voice before the scene where she becomes a witch because it would spoil that she was Beatrice from the beginning.

A library card, probably. Coming from the Japanese word Toshokan for library. The order bonus for some stores to come with the game is a library card, and most seem to be NSFW. I guess they don't...

That's Keiichi's voice actor, right? It would be fun indeed, as the first thought I had of Will when I saw the EP7 portrait for the first time was that he was going to be a meta-version of Keiichi. :p
