三四 is Takano's first name. It ALSO means Three Four, but I'd consider it to mean Takano's first name, Miyo. Hence the 34-tan.

I just want to make it known that I predict that this arc will be similar to Tatarigoroshi, except that BOTH Shion and Keiichi go and kill Teppei. Just to gloat in the case that I am right.
