My problem with that is Sasuke has to be better than Naruto because of plot devices, not because it makes logical sense in the ninja world. Naruto, as a demon host, has an extreme amount of potential...

You might be right. Maybe my real complaint is that I'd like to see these other powerful ninjas. As of the strong nin we've seen so far, Sasuke and Naruto are definitely in or near the top tier....
