It's not impossible, unlikely at this point but certainly not impossible. The anime will probably have marked differences from the LN though as it has changed quite a few scenes up slightly already...

Why would they? All they do is license from the distributor, they have no claim over the content but I'm glad they decided to get these OVAs since they skipped the first seasons.
