*Smith and Wesson lean by a wall inside the sterile white room.

Smith: *sigh* Tell me why are we here again?
Wesson: A boring detour?
Smith: I didn’t think it’d take this long to give Mai a simple check-up.
Wesson: As I recall, you insisted on coming with Mai only minutes ago.
Smith: Only because you told me we could see…

*hushed whisper*

Wesson: Could. I didn’t say we would.
Smith: You and your technicalities.

*A door besides Smith opens*

Smith: I guess she’s already fin-

::: Hi!

Smith: What th-

*A female face peeks through the door, wearing a white nurse’s cap*

Smith: Le…Le….Leena?

*Leena steps out, a blonde nurse dressed in an accentuating tight fitting white uniform*

Leena: Oh I’m sorry, did I scare you? *sticks out tongue*
Smith: Erhm not at all! Not at all!
Leena: *smiles cheerfully* That’s good then! Doc said you two Gunboys could come in to see your friend now.
Smith: Sure!
Leena: Wish I could hang around to chat and catch up, but pretty me’s gotta run.

*The two enter the ward, to be greeted by a bald doctor.*

Smith: So Doc, is she healthy?
Doc: Very healthy indeed. In fact, too healthy for the likes of you two...
Smith and Wesson: What's that supposed to mean?!
Doc: *ehem* She'll require constant cleaning to the scar on her stomach for the next week, seems the girl managed to open it up sometime ago, possibly due to excessive activity. And I've also talked with Tech on the replacement of her leaking magic battery. Those minor issues aside, I give her a clean bill of health.
Smith: We understand Doc.
Doc: I taught the girl how to clean that scar herself, as to quell any thoughts you two might have.
Smith and Wesson: Wonder what you mean Doc?
Doc: You know what I mean Cowboys.

*A curtain slides open, revealing Mai dressed in her usual outfit.

Mai: Done.
Smith: Shall we go then?
Mai: ... Yes.

*Bows to the Doctor*

I appreciate the service.

Doctor: Your welcome. Just remember to take care of yourself.
Mai: Hai.

*Smith, Wesson and Mai walk out to the corridors, none saying a word for several moments.*

Smith: So that scar's still there...
Mai: *holds her stomach gingerly* ... hai.
Wesson: The Doc said something about it opening up.
Smith: How'd that happen? You better not be getting yourself into trouble...
