Definitely been putting this off for too long . Time to finally get Shamsel's spell list going...
Spoiler for Shamsel's Spell List:
Guard Impact: Auto-guard spell. The basic spell is enhanced with an air barrier, especially effective at deflecting projectiles.
Protect Impact: Barrier-type spell that is able to be projected over other targets. The basic spell is enhanced with an air barrier, especially effective at deflecting projectiles.
Shackle Impact: Bind-type spell. Creates a combination of magical bindings and a fast-moving air shell on the ankles and wrists of target. Although appearing like a standard bind, the air shell on the bindings spiral as it rotates around the magical binding. As the target struggles more, the speed of the air shell increases. Controlled testing of the spell has reported test subjects felt as if 'their skin was going to be twisted off' with continuous struggling against the binding. Struggling against the binding resulted in injuries from rope burn to severe lacerations.
Dividing Impact: Unleashes a wall of high-pressure air in a single direction that remains in place for up to 30 seconds. Height of the wall can vary as needed, but tends to be about 5-7 meters on average. It can be used both offensively and defensively. When hurled at a target, the wall deals no magical damage, but knocks the target back. It is typically used in a defensive manner to disrupt attack maneuvers or separate people engaged in combat and isolate them on opposite sides of the wall.
Erupting Impact: A variation of Dividing Impact, ground-based. Sends a wall of high-pressure air into the ground and towards a target. The wall of air causes a fissure to form in the ground as it travels. As the fissure forms, air is forced out and up at high speeds. A side-effect from this results in loose rocks and soil to be shot out with the air in random directions at very high speeds making them dangerous projectiles to those in the area. When used on loose soil, this can cause a large dust cloud in the general area to limit visibility.
Pierce Impact: Enhances the blade of Device with magic to penetrate barriers and a shielding of spinning, fast moving air. When coming in contact with physical objects, the air shell grinds away at the object. The longer the contact, the more damage is dealt.
Impact Sphere: Projectile-type, non-homing. An offensive magical sphere with high-pressure air at its core. Upon dispersion of the magical shell (usually impact with target), the air core is unrestrained and releases its energies in all directions. Although not fatal, contact with the released core can be painful if close enough and knock back targets. It has also been known to distract targets, as many do not expect the explosive air core.
Revolver Impact: Conjures six Impact Spheres. Like the name suggests, each Impact Sphere is fired in sequence like a revolver. This allows for each Impact Sphere to have its own trajectory, allowing for multiple targets to be engaged, cutting off a target's path of escape, or interception of multiple projectiles (magical and physical).
First Impact: Bombardment-type spell. Fires a single magical blast with a spiraling, high-pressure air 'shell' around it.
Second Impact: ???
