theacefrehley, the three stories you mentioned are part of a series of one-shots by different artists called "Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Comics à la Carte" that is currently being published in Comptiq Ace. Kimodameshi-hen, which was previously translated by Gaku Gaku is also a part of this.
