Story: The Hidden cloud village is the largest village in the Land of Thunder and has been close allies with the leaf village and tried to establish a special traning area called "The Swirling Leaf training center" for chunin
Rinari is only 32 years of age and is the youngest of all the Kumakages but has the strongest mastery of water style jutsu
Rinari has also appeared in the Hidden leaf village during Orochimarus invasion and assisted some of the jonin and chunin in defending the village in her words "to protect our arrangements". The deal was'nt finalized beford the Third Hokages death and although she trusts The new hokage Tsunade, she is'nt quite ready to revive her business plan quite yet.
