"Out of all 18 people, all 18 have failed on solving the mystery of the hidden gold
The time ran out, the winner is the golden witch"
After that comes
"When Seagulls cry, no one survives"
This line has a multiple meanings to it:

"At the time when seagulls cry, no one survives"
state no one made it to the third day

"No one survives to hear the time when seagulls cry"
state battler's will to stay alive until he hears the seagulls once again
