Did they show the kiss in the classroom alone when the results of the election was announced?

Did they show the "break up joke" Tomoya made when Tomoyo wakes him in the morning, and then do it the same way when breaking up for real?

I like how the ending sounds like from above, can't wait to see it!

Unfortunately, I have neither played "Tomoyo After ~It's a Wonderful Life~" nor listened to the Drama CD, so I'm not qualified to answer your questions, however...

They didn't kiss in the classroom (much less anywhere in the episode), and although I wouldn't know of the joke you are referring to, there was nothing which caught my attention in that respect. FYI, Takafumi did not make an appearance.
