Both of these could be continued, in both cases the manga extend well past the end of the television series and there is enough uncovered plot to warrent a second season or series. I personally want to see Alucard declaring war on a city because someone touched his coffin.

I don't think you could continue this one. The manga had a definite end to it and most of the craziness was due to Raharu's interference in Nouta's life. With her gone, there isn't much left to build on.
