A friend of mine recorded a fireworks show in Oita, Japan, and one of the pieces from the show is strangely familiar to both of us, but we can't place it.

Now, I don't actually know if this is from any anime or not, but we both have a hunch it might be. Since it was played in public, I assume it would be from a popular movie. Who knows, maybe it's from some American film, but since it's suspected to be from an anime, I thought I would ask here.
