Second you should try and boost the quality. This can be achieved by for example removing duplicate or almost similar frames. You can then save it in a larger file size. Another thing is that you didn't use all the file size you have. You've got 50kb and if necesisarry, use it. You can use more colors or less dither. Try it.
And tune down the frame time. Using 0.1 second delay looks much better than 0.2 seconds.

Too true im still in the "n00b" phases of gif making. lol (dosent know how to make a border in ulead) but im sure if i play around enough ill find it........Ill never let a machine beat me! :P
