As the official source changes with each episode's information, I'd think it should be always taken with both a large grain of salt and also with the understanding that it only contains information of "what the viewer (or Lelouch) knows at the moment".

Plus, it makes perfect sense for them to post her as "dead" on the official site. The point would be that both the viewer and Lelouch think she is dead, thus the impact of her presumed "death" greater. If people just believed her truly missing, the impact of Lelouch's decisions in the time without her would be lessened.

I've always expected Nunnally to be alive, truthfully.
