I have one problem ;<

I was encoded two karaoke, one- opening, two- ending.

Wiht opening all is ok:

But ending..
On this same settings are shit quality, and pixels ;<

why?

Im encoding wiht megui, and H.264, profile:

and bitrate 1150.

Why?
