The artist only has drawn that two. It's from a douji fanbook called Omekash, which was sold on C74. It has a very loose plot about an incident caused by Marisa:

One day, bored Marisa found a book in Alice's home. The book in question was actually a fashion catalog from outside world. Alice got the catalog as a reference to make herself more attractive (for an obvious reason), but that woodenhead Marisa just borrowed it away to make anyone in Gensokyo (except poor Alice) more beautiful...

The majority of the fanbook contains fanart of various characters in fashioned clothes.

In the aftermath of the fashioned clothes incident, Marisa told Akyu about the incident, and dressed Akyu up as the extra stage of the incident...
