If they're fighting for control of North Korea, I'd bet one of them will be willing to sell his nation out for foreign support to help consolidate his power. Better to be leader of a puppet nation than executed as a traitor when someone else seizes power after all.
Though I'd expect a relatively peaceful transition. North Korea didn't break out in civil war when Kim Jong Il took over after his father died.
