It's been confirmed there are no variations on the Human Human fruit, it is a stand-alone Zoan. Acctually probably the only one.
Chopper's fruit isn't "Hito Hito no Mi Model: Human", it's just "Hito Hito no Mi".
Also, I think Gecko Moria is the closest we're gonna get to a vampire in One Piece. =p
