Found some interesting about what happens right after the defeat of a Kämpfer (source jap.wikia)

Spoiler for After the defeat of a Kämpfer...:

It isn't confirmed that the person dies if you defeat her but according to others in the story, the Kämpfer that loses dissapears and doesn't show op ever again. Wiki doesn't confirm it but it's most likely the work of the Moderator.
