I can tell that its made of photoshop but from what game its screenshots come from? and
what's v2.3?
I just haven't encountered a visual novel game that has hearts on the upper left. Maybe its a love meter or some sort. Though the only games I played are translated one so it should be mostly old by 2 or 3 years from Japanese visual novel.
