With Kaname's character waving the death flag all this time, maybe this is how he'll go down - by Yuuki's own hands. That would be an interesting ending - sad - but interesting. Or maybe Yuuki will end up killing both Zero and Kaname...and then she's the only one left...that'll give a very unexpected ending.
