Just now it occurred to me this might be a much simpler way of describing the different levels of reality than what I put up there. All you need is this really:

It's like a Russian doll. Or like that puzzle with the pebbles/coins and the cups from Maria's book. And the "Golden Land" exists outside of this structure entirely.

I was thinking something similar as far as levels of the "world"

Spoiler for Bottom to top from Ep 6:

1. Gameboard

2. Sub-Meta level. Where the Love trial "waiting room" is. Obviously its above the gameboard but not quite to the meta level

3. Meta Level 1- Where Battler and Erika (Formerly Battler and Beatrice) watch the game board and battle, also where Tea Parties from the Question Arcs seemed to take place.

4. Meta Level 2- Where Bern and Lambda watch the levels below. Also where the Witches Tea parties from Question arcs seemed to take place

5. Meta Level 3- Where Featherine and ANGE are reading about the events below

6. Where the Court seems to occurs and combine all characters in lower levels.

7. World of 1998- Where Touya Ange and Amakusa are reading.
