Well, it is true that Sawako is more popular in Korea compared to other countries, especially since Sawako will likely get the ever important female voter's support, but you can never know.
Note for those who are new to Best Moe Tournament: Historically, 30 ~ 40% of the voters in Best Moe has been females. Since females understandably have different preference compared to males, those who do very well in other moe tournaments have tough time making it past top 96, as other moe tournaments probably have less than 20% of the votes coming from females.
