Kabuto refuses and says he needs a sacrifice for his new jutsu. Apparently, that new justu is without risk. (for the victim ? for Kabuto ?)
Madara provides him with Fuu and Torune so there is no reason for Kabuto to spare Anko anymore
The ambush squad does their things.
The alliance army starts moving.
Haku and Zabuza are activated.
