Just a heads up, the final volume of the Geass manga has been released -
It has quite a few differences that you are able to read and see here :

In case you are not a member there, I can at least copy/paste a few differences that were noted. ( full credit goes to leizelann from LiveJournal. )

My Japanese is pretty non-existent but I saw some major differences:

- Kaguya sells out Lelouch instead of Ohgi: I find this OC for her. Had Kaguya been present in the meeting with Schneizel, I think she would have listened to Lelouch's side of the story instead of the man who commissioned (in the manga Nina never meets Euphie and thus doesn't become driven to kill Zero) the nuclear weapon that killed 10 million people.

- Lelouch attempts suicide by falling from the Ikaruga: I actually liked this version better than Lelouch waiting to by gunned down.

- Marianne was inside Villetta and not Anya: so Villetta was also a royal guard serving with Jeremiah at Aries palace... so why wasn't she promoted to a Knight of the Round after Marianne took over?

- When the Black Knights invade the Avalon: C.C. is shot before Lelouch. The two share a hug before Lelouch and Suzaku head off to the Damocles. Kallen and C.C. end up talking... I think they're having the same exact conversation C.C. had with Kaguya in the anime.

- The Knights of The Round: we only get to see Gino and Anya. Since Knightmares don't exist in the manga (which IMHO, is really lame) they have to fight with swords and attack Lelouch and Suzaku after they board the Damocles (the manga don't how but I'm guessing it's pretty easy without the Blaze Luminous shields). Suzaku fights off the other Knights and tells Lelouch to go on ahead and even kicks Anya when she tries to pursue. Anya of course gets him back by throwing her sword at Suzaku's leg in mid jump, causing him to fall to his death off the Damocles.

- Kanon: after seeing his prince Geass, causes him to become badass for a few seconds - when he frees himself from a guard and attempts to kill Lelouch... only to by shot down by Schneizel himself. Fortunately, Kanon doesn't kick the bucket like Diethard and he is shown alive on the parade to the execution point.

- Lelouch's friends: although it's muted in the anime while Madder Sky is playing, Kallen utters (rather than screams) "Yamero" and Rivalz screams out "Lelouch!" (Nina is also present) as Zero charges at Lelouch with a sword (at least in the manga it isn't pink).

- Nunnally: doesn't see the flashbacks with Lelouch and Suzaku planning the Zero Requiem.

The manga ends almost the same way, though Anya is attending Ashford with Gino and Kallen rather than working on an orange farm with Jeremiah. In the last page with C.C. there is a panel with the mysterious wagon driver.
