Yes I am downscaling it. Personal reasons. And yeah I know it's dumb lol, I'd be better off buying an HTPC then hook it up to a big LCD TV or so. But ohh well.
I keep 2 copies on my archieve, one HD (bluray or HDTV air) and one downscaled XviD avi
Anyway, found the answer. Vdub has export audio stream to WAV, which reads ordered chapters. Thanks for the replies
