I'm gonna out on the limb here and bite.
No this scanlation team does not suck, as this is a licensed series and really theres no need or rush to release anything especially when it's not that popular.
These guys do it in their spare time in their own time, can't fault them for doing it slowly or at all really.
I'm actually surprised this series is still ongoing.
