It could be an anime charachter who is trying to be and/or claims he is a god.(Light Yagami, Cat who lives in the vending machine(Pani Poni Dash)). An actual God of any kind like Ryuk(death god). And some that would would be a character with "godly like" powers like Haruhi Suzimiya or Lain(Serial Expierements Lain(Debate over this probably))
