For romantic comedy you can't go wrong with
Lovely Complex. Such a sweet, lovely little series with a super cute couple and a satisfactory ending.
Other suggestions:
Cross Game: has some quality drama, great comedy, excellent characters and a light-hearted high school romance.
Fruits Basket: I hardly remember about it, but it's like a classic in the shoujo genre. Chances are you've seen it already, but if you haven't, do it now.
School Rumble (3 seasons): very fun and cute series, awesome characters. And I believe it has a happy conclusion.
Otome Youkai Zakuro: a recent series, romance is not really a focus but it's the better part in the story imo.
