Shana kissed Yuji once on the cheek, in Vol19 Ch4, near the end of the battle on SoF before its real form entered into reality back from the Void. This is because Chigusa, Yuji's mother, once told Shana a mouth-to-mouth kiss is a kind of oath. Shana kissing Yuji is a oath on her part alone: That she'll bring him back alive to be by her side, defeat SoF, and stop Bal Masque's plans.

Yuji said that's impossible for her. Shana said it's not about being impossible or not, but it's something she needs to do; that's why she made that oath.

Thanks alot for that, this sounds much more like what could have actually happened.

Well, there is this one illustration in which she stands by his side, wearing the red dress. It does look like they are King and Queen of the Seireiden, and I figured that they could have kissed already at this point.
