It still may be very possible for girls to fall in love with Keima after the conquest even if their memory has been "erased". There have been plenty of events that could contribute to such a possible ending after Chihiro's (or Ayumi's, for that matter) weiss capture.

I can't help but feel that the mangaka is building up for another of his unexpected twists....
