Also, how would other characters find out first? Humans live under Arbitary Skepticism so they'll probably assume that he's just sleepy or tired. He's not really gonna say anything either since he doesn't want to bother people.
Side note - Madoka and Ichika are clones, are they capable of giving birth normally and having an average, normal kid?
