That preview was AWESOME. Cannot wait to see more.

Although, small quibble. Do Oin, Gloin, Balin and Dwalin (and a couple of the others) look a little plastic in comparison to Thorin (he seemed a little thin too!) and Kili for anyone else? They look good, but seeing them compared like that seemed to highlight it. then again I watched it like three times in a row... Enough enough nit picking, the trailer was awesome.

Its a bit facepalm worthy to see people thinking this is a sequel to LOTR, asking why Gollum is back and so on.

Spoiler for villain spoiler, mebe... for saftey.: Wonder if Smaug will be shown in any of the previews or marketing. I really hope not, just ominous references please. It would totally lessen his impact because he was fairly awesome in the book. The song the dwarves sung is great too. Smaug The Golden, The Magnificant, The Dragon of Erebor. Titles like that he should look sufficiently kick ass with his red-golden scales and gem and gold encrusted underbelly.
