I absolutely agree. Surely it'll be a long while until Shanks and Blackbeard cross paths, but their confrontation is inevitable no doubt. Shanks will die much later on.
A Skypiea style arc would be great. Considering that this would be the New World equivalent, however, I expect that the tone of the arc would be darker. Perhaps in the aftermath of this arc, we should be treated to an update on the World Government and the other superpowers (i.e. shichibukai, marines, revolutionaries, etc.).
