A few pantyshots won't kill me (I wouldn't be writing this if that was the case...), but they get a bit tedious if they are on every second page.
I haven't gotten hold of Strawberry Panic yet, but Velvet Kiss seems to be in the right direction at a first glance.

I checked baka-updates and googled a bit but failed to find this. There are a few other manga with the word Darling, but they seem to be yaoi...
