Seiji takes a header off the stage while promoting the tennis club in front of new students. This leads to a contrived awkward moment between him and Yuki in the infirmary, after a bee causes them to topple onto one another. Nothing comes of it, but Yuki runs off, flustered, and the same scenario appears to have been running through both their heads.

Later, Kento shows up, and wants to have a word with Seiji.

Another possibility (following on from my previous post): Kento is not completely a red herring, but is there to light the fires of jealousy in Seiji by raising the specter of Shou being "easy". Though I suppose we'll find out in the next chapter.
