Couscous, Lamb, Spinach, most of it pan fried with a bit of garlic.
Avocado with a red vinegar & spring onions dressing, prosciutto wrapped rocket (Hahaha feel the French), spaghetti sprinkled with some parsley.
Seared steak!
Pan fried lamb w/couscous, whole chickpeas and chickpea puree.
Salmon, butter mushrooms, spaghetti and some fresh salad.
Mulled wine! (Cinnamon sticks, red wine, sugar, cloves and a hint of vanilla. Oh, and oranges. If you make anything, make this for winter!)
And a bit of dessert.. Caramelised, roasted pears.
My partner cooks a little too, but I'll save those for later.

Some good looking food there. You have dishes there that would be on the menu of a more upscale restaurant and most of it comes off as chic. The plating of the food is even in a well presented manner. Pretty good there for an at home chef.
