i get what you mean since 4G like WiMax and LTE supposedly promise a speed of 100mbps but when it hit the market those greedy ISP's only give around 20-40mbps of speed and they still call that 4G, but even so its still a great speed boost if you predict they will cap it at gigabytes that is still a gigantic internet bandwidth/speed
