All I have for speed of an old Earth ship is that it took three week to get from Mars to Pluto and another three weeks to get back to Mars in January/February of 2199. (Assuming there was no error in the translation. I have no reason to doubt the translation.) There is no reason to believe they took the direct path as only when it came to
Kirishima
going to Earth did they state it would go via the quickest route.
Mars would be about 38.305 AU from Pluto at that time of the Battle of Pluto. If Celestia is correct. (I have no reason to doubt it either as orbital mechanics should be relatively constant over the next 187 years.)
I am reminded of the "Starflies" episode, and that with the "new additions", zero gravity could be a lot of fun (to watch).
