That's the thing, everything is so obvious that you can't distinguish from the real clues from the fake ones. Heck, they may be all fake and the imouto isn't introduced formally in school in eps 1.
Come to think of it, it just dawned on to me that real imouto and 'imouto with phone' are different people. I mean, imouto in the flashbacks has a colour hair that definitely isn't dark haired, but 'imouto with phone' picture is definitely not light haired. So maybe 'imouto with phone' is the 'fake imouto', while the light haired one is the blood related one? Heck,, they may be in cahoots with each other to mess with Shougo lol.
