If you mean AT-X, indeed since it is a pay channel, it usually airs uncensored versions of anime getting butchered in other channels and overseas, but
I do not recall any example about censored gore now I just saw that they didn't uncensor Kirika getting gutted by a chainsaw in C3 last year.
