Well, canon or not, I like this guy already. If he is to be a Shichibukai, he would either have replaced Blackbeard or Moriah. He could even replace Doflamingo should the joker of a crime lord get exposed to the World Government (Chameleone seems to share similar characteristics especially with physical appearance).
