I was thinking something like:
Usagi: Kotono Mitsuishi (Said she'll be back)
Mamoru: Tohru Furuya (The man himself)
Ami: Saori Hayami (soft spoken character)
Rei: Haruka Tomatoes (designate tsundere but not too tsundere voice actress)
Makoto: Arisa Ogasawara (time for more work)
Minako: Aki Toyasaki (Hyper genki girl)
Chibi-Usa: Rie Kugimiya (Seems appropriate enough)
Haruka: Ami Koshimizu (designate tomboy VA)
Michiru: Aya Endo (her voice kind of fits Michiru's dignified air)
Hotaru: Kana Hanazawa (feel she works better here)
Setsuna: Chihara Minori (since she never talks)
Supporting cast can be filled out as necessary, my only wish would be Keiko Han as Luna. No idea who I'd have for the Starlights.
