Pretty much this. He has spent less time with her and more with the other girls since the elections, combine that with an event that still need to come (or not, seeing that it's not 100% sure that the anime is going for Chisato) and it will make Chisato think how important Yuuki is to her.

At what minute was that scene? i missed that one, because it didn't feel that important for me

Hazuki was the main focus at the beginning of Satsuki's story.

You either haven't played the game or not entirely to see how the story doesn't work without picking an heroine, unless the anime is going for something original.

Something like 6:29 post encounter with Hazuki spitting water at Yuuki. Usually it's not important but they sure dramatized it lol. It's almost like hey Yuuki, Earth to Yuuki.

On the jealous thing

except this is Chisato route specific since I thought Isara's route would be Isara doing haunted house ... unless I totally transposed the timeline. ANYWAYS this time it's a Chisato route thing but no jealousy indicator? (Or maybe it's hidden since she doesn't know what's going on with Yuuki, which in a way would be more concerning because then it could be almost anything)

At first I thought the scene reduces the chances but it actually does the opposite. However, if the anime did reduce multiple Chisato early scenes, it doesn't make picking her feel very strong.

I haven't played the game entirely. Just about all my information is only based on your spoilers since I can't even read Japanese.

Also other than post common route, most of everything that happened so far was within reason and made enough sense. And yet predicting what exactly happens here on out is substantially more difficult XD

From my memory, some dating/confessions or highly emphasized hangouts were usually established by this point right? Like extra talk, or ... nevermind. Memory hazy.

Was there anything that occurred that deviated from the game?

Or rather I should ask: What plan is Yuuki going to execute? The tacos plan?
(I'm just guessing since 2 routes you said use it, so it covers ... more? lol)
(It almost can't be Isara's method of changing it up to striking down bullying when no specific bullying scenes occurred.) (Also it may be too much, as the anime has indeed sent an early dark tone, but not quite to a rigorous extent.)

Is there any possibilities to rule out? Or did episode 8 manage to stay neutral enough that you actually still have this "not sure which direction" because I sure felt like episode 8 didn't exactly pick a specific route, despite totally integrating some pretty key stuff in general.
