As the "child" of Ophis and Great Red, I would say that Ise at least has the potential to one day be as strong as Sirzechs. After all, the author mentioned that if the series lasts long enough he is planning to do an arc with Shiva as an antagonist, and Shiva is up there in the top 10 with Sirzechs.
That's a last resort though, so I'm not sure if he will be a match any time during the main story. It's kind of unnecessary anyway.
