Agreed. Just him, Nanami, and Mashiro living in the same house seems to be the ideal solution all around. They all obviously care for one another and Nanami even points out that Mashiro needs to be taken care of, and I doubt someone like her would toss Mashiro to a random nurse just because she likes Sorata.
